The company Diagnostic Plus was created over 15 years ago by his manager Olivier Defaux. He holds a Master of Industrial Engineering in Chemistry, later completed by an Executive Master in Management at the Solvay Business school.

He was confronted at a very young age with the problems of coordination and management of companies when the group which employed him at the time entrusted him, when he was not 30 years old, with the management of one of its subsidiaries, a structure of more than 120 people including one thirty employees and managers.
Backed by his 15 years of experience as a Project Manager then Operational Director and finally General Manager, the latter thinks that it is time for him to bring to other entrepreneurs the skills and experiences that ‘it has acquired over the years. It was the creation of Diagnostic Plus.
Since then, he has used his time and energy to help project leaders and companies, from the smallest to the largest, to develop or confirm their strategy, to develop commercially, to structure themselves and organize themselves both operationally and administratively.
He also has experience of more than 5 years in the development, marketing and implementation of ICT (geolocation) project specializing in construction.
